Liberty Automobiles Company, one of the leading General Motors dealers in the region, has unveiled a new service-centric strategy that will see the company expanding and overhauling its service aspects at its six service centres in the UAE, as part of a larger plan focused on accelerating the recovery process.
In response to a post-recession scenario that demands reinventing work practices and enhancing customer care, the company has chalked out a three-year plan that makes ‘service’ its main pillar under a revamped management team, as a host of new-generation models, including new versions of Cadillac SRX and Chevrolet Camaro, Cruze and Malibu, wow local car enthusiasts.
Sheikh Khalid Bin Abdul Aziz Al Qasimi, Chairman of Liberty Investment Company, holding company of Liberty Automobiles, said: “The downturn provided us with an opportunity to analyse our strategies and goals. This analysis confirmed that ‘service’ is the key differentiating factor in our line of business, and it is service that will drive industry growth in the future. Our new strategy will ensure that our customers receive superior levels of service in all corners of the UAE, including remote areas.”
